Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) और Sony Pictures Network India Merger के लिए Punit Goenka Role को लेकर देरी हो रही है। इस मामले में Legal Implications के साथ Zee Entertainment पर एक और Legal Loop बन सकता है।
इसके अलावा मंगलवार को Supreme Court ने Delhi High Court को Aditya Birla Finance और Siti Networks के बीच ₹50 crore dispute के लिए arbitration करवाने के लिए सूचित किया है।
Siti Networks के Loan repayment पर Zee Entertainment की Guarantee को लेकर Formal Communication से Legal Proceedings में शामिल होने के वजह से परेशानियों का ज़िक्र हो रहा है।
क्यों Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) को Legal Communications का हिस्सा बनना पड़ रहा है?
Zee-Sony merger dispute के बाद अब Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd को Aditya Birla Finance और Siti Networks के Loan Repayment Default के लिए Legal Communication में लिया जा रहा है।
हालांकि Zee Entertainment ने बताया है की वह केवल corporate guarantor के तौर पर इस व्यवहार का हिस्सा हैं और Siti’s loan में Principal Debtor Guarantee नहीं दी गयी है।
Zee Entertainment Guarantor वाली जो Loan Repayment Default किया जा रहा है, वह November 2021 से Siti Broadband नहीं दे पा रही है। 2020 में Aditya Birla Finance से Siti Broadband ने ₹5 करोड़ लोन को 19 quarterly instalments में चुकाने की बात की थी ।
इसके अलावा Siti Broadband ने Aditya Birla Finance को ₹134 करोड़ Outstanding Payment को Interest सहित नहीं भरा है।
Zee Entertainment को Siti Broadband Guarantor होने के वजह से arbitration agreement के लिए अपनी ओर से बात पेश करने दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा Siti Broadband Services Insolvency की परिस्तिथियों को संतुलित करने Loan Interest को 16% per annum से 13% per annum को शर्त के साथ जारी भी किया गया था, जिसमें Siti Broadband को ₹75 करोड़ 2018 भर देने थे।
Siti Broadband Guarantor के रूप Zee Entertainment को Legal Law Implications और Aditya Birla Finance और Siti Broadband Networks के settlement से राहत के पल भी बने लेकिन National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) के साथ Insolvency Process के पूरे निर्णय बनने तक Zee Entertainment को अपनी Guarantee के दृष्टिकोण से Legal Communication में शरीक होना पड़ रहा है।
